GUEST SPEAKER—John Cagney—My New Zealand Holiday

Awesome; Breath-taking; Amazing; remarkable are all word conjured up by John’s latest holiday.  John showed us his photographs and gave us fascinating information about the geography of the country.  He told us about: the volcanoes that erupted and became extinct; the beautiful beaches; the perfectly spherical Moeraki Boulders formed millions of years ago; he told us all about the Royal Albatross.  Then he went on an over-night, Milford Sound cruise where he viewed the fiord’s spectacular waterfalls, mountains and wildlife.  A great holiday, indeed, with his Mum, Dad and Nicky.  In Johns own words “New Zealand is pretty much spectacular “.
